Ryan is a transportation activist, public policy expert, and community leader. Heis the Managing Director of Better Block PDX, a volunteer-led organization thatuses pop-up projects to reimagine public spaces and encourage activetransportation. He works with community organizations, neighborhoodassociations, university students, and city transportation officials to make quick-build demonstration projects come to life.
