As the Outreach Program Manager for Lloyd EcoDistrict, Joshua manages the programs and events laid out in the organization’s 2030 Roadmap. Joshua had nearly a decade of outreach and program management experience at energy and sustainably non-profits, before joining Lloyd EcoDistrict in 2020. Passionate about climate change, energy, and emergency preparedness issues, Joshua is also pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Energy Policy and Management at Portland State University and is an active Portland Neighborhood Emergency Team (NET) member.
