John Mira joined Ride Connection in 2019. During his time as Planning Supervisor, John has led service planning and implementation of new first/last mile and community transit options in partnership with Washington County, managed climate change and zero-emission fleet transition projects, and supported the organization’s human services transportation network. John holds a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University.
