Heather grew a watermelon for the first time last year and is incredibly proud. She is currently distracted by creating a habitat for frogs in her backyard, the screech owl living in her friend's tree, Connections, and tulsi tea. More of a walker than a bike rider in recent years, Heather lives in the Lents neighborhood in Southeast Portland and is proud to have activated the Montavilla Plaza and partner with PBOT's Transportation Wallet program as part of their work at Montavilla Farmers Market.
